Database deployment problem in Visual Studio 2010

Problem: The reference to external elements from the source named 'msdb.dbschema' could not be resolved, because no such source is loaded.

Fix:  Closed the solution and re-started visual studio and everything worked perfectly.

Windows Service stuck in "stopping" state.

Most of the people often face this issue. After clicking on stop link it may stuck in "Stopping" state. One temporary solution for this problem is rebooting the machine. But it can't be possible to reboot the machine always.

Here is an alternate for the same. 1) Open "Task Manager". 2) Click on "Show processes from all users". 3) Right click on the service process and then click "End Process Tree" ( Be careful this will stop all associated child processes and background processes as well).
